So, what does the tool do? Why is it better than emacs?


Is any tool better than Emacs? ;-)

Essential Modeler is a modeling tool, it has a diagramming tool for Use Cases (supporting UML 2) as well as the ability to link diagrams to documents.

It does not have a psychiatrist mode, but at least Jaczone provides a CyberIvar that you can chat with:
